It was a good week but we are ready for the weekend.

I started another sourdough starter. I accidentally killed the other two I had. Kevin doesn't love rooming with my starters. He doesn't hate them. They're more like additional pets/dependents he tolerates. Don't ask me why but if it is not in the fridge I like my starter in the bedroom lol. This one used commercial yeast in the beginning. Because of that it's not going through that stinky early period. The others were named Stinky1 and Stinky2. This one is named Lola. I hope Lola lives longer than the others lol. I mean well but forget to feed them sometimes when they are in the fridge.

This week's baking looks kinda sad. Ah well I guess it is going to be ugly sandwich weekend at our house.
