No bake peanut butter cornflake cookies yum.

No bake treats are the only way to go this time of year!
These are simple to make and yummy.

Peanut Butter Cornflake Squares

1 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
8 c. cornflakes

Lightly butter 9 by 13 inch pan, set aside. Pour 8 c. of cornflakes in a large mixing bowl, set aside. In a medium saucepan heat sugar and corn syrup until the mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Pour mixture over cornflakes, mix well. Press mixture into prepared pan using buttered hand. Garnish with rainbow sprinkles. Allow to cool completely, cut. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
